OF RECOGNITION BY INVESTORS IN PEOPLE

Gavin Jones Ltd are absolutely delighted to have been awarded the GOLD standard of recognition by ‘Investors In People’.

IIP describe the GOLD standard as: “Gold represents achievement of world class best practice.  It shows a truly cutting-edge organisation is operating at the very highest levels of people management practice using Investors in People to drive the business forward. As at July 2009 less than 1 in 1000 of recognized organisations has achieved this.” 

Since first receiving IIP standard in 2001, Gavin Jones has used the Investors in People Framework to develop the business; our key aims being to maintain a highly sustainable business, providing exceptional standards of service delivery in order to exceed client expectations – recognizing that our staff are the key to achieving these aims.
